 Window Boxes
I just heard that there is some type of soil "sponge" that can be placed at the bottom of window boxes to help retain moisture - do you know anything about this?
Also, I am wondering if you could suggest types of flowers for window boxes that receive full sun for more than half the day.
Thank you.

Soil Sponge is a product that had been advertized for a while. It's basically coconut fibers which retain moisture. I have had samples of the product but never really found that I wanted to carry it.
There are tons of plants available for window boxes. I always suggest coming for a visit and walking through to see what plants you like and then checking the tags to see if it will grow where you want them to. Also looking through what plants we have in our own baskets helps give you ideas as to what plants to use in your own.
Hope that helps.
