Claudia immigrated to Canada from Austria. Soon afterwards, she met George and they were married. Claudia and George together founded the Richmond Nursery in 1970. George grew the plants and Claudia took care of the business side of things - a perfect match.

Claudia has retired from the Richmod Nursery instead taking time to enjoy life without the added stress of running a business. She can often be seen visiting the nursery with her dog Kyri, or simply giving George a ride. She loves to travel and takes every available opportinity to see the world.
