As the business grew, more land and a better location was necessary. The Garden Centre moved to it's current location at the corner of Richmond Road and Eagleson Road in 1977. The berry field moved a number of times.

In horticulture and agriculture, water and land are your two most valuable assets. The berry farm moved to a larger acreage area in Richmond, close to water. Irrigation systems initially made from recycled leaky fire hoses were eventually upgraded to true irrigation supplies as the money became available to do so.

The current location was opened in the late '70's at the corner of Richmond Road and Eagleson Road.

In addition to the new property, a new storefront was erected. This was the first official store built by the nursery rather than just greenhouses or farm buildings.
